Mosquito Habitats
Those pesky little bloodsuckers are back! With all of this rain they will have places to breed! As a part of your mosquito control plan, try some of these methods to remove Mosquito Habitats:
· Get rid of standing water in rain gutters, old tires, buckets, plastic covers, toys or any other container where mosquitoes can breed.
· Empty and change the water in bird baths, fountains, wading pools, rain barrels and potted plant trays at least once a week to eliminate potential mosquito habitats.
· Drain temporary pools of water or fill with dirt.
· Keep swimming pool water treated and circulating.
· Don’t leave a soggy messy place for them to breed.

USE REPELLENT: Although mosquitoes may bite at any time of day, peak biting activity is most active in twilight periods (dawn and dusk) or in the evening after dark. Avoiding the outdoors or taking preventive actions (such as using repellent) during peak biting hours may reduce biting risk.
