Responder and Industry Vendor Exhibit

LEPC Members,


The Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) will meet Thursday, August 4, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Gadsden Senior Center, 629 Broad Street, Gadsden, AL. The LEPC membership consists of local elected officials, industry representatives, first responders and media.


This meeting will be different.  We are holding our LEPC Meeting in conjunction with a Responder and Industry Vendor Exhibit.  Vendor’s will provide lunch and door prizes (must be present to win).  Some vendors you will know and others are new to our community.  Please save the date and make plans to attend this first of its kind industry and responder gathering in Etowah County. The agenda is shaping up as follows:


10:00 a.m.                                         Regular LEPC Meeting

11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.                   Lunch, Visit Vendor Exhibits and Door Prize Drawings

(Must be present to win)


The purpose of the LEPC is to plan response, mitigate problems and work to prevent chemical accidents/incidents in our county.  We look forward to seeing you at this meeting and vendor exhibit as we work to insure the safety of our citizens.
