Are You Ready?

"Are You Ready?" September is National Preparedness Month. The GECEMA would like to encourage every citizen to prepare for any and all emergencies. Each week the whole month of September we will emphasize a different emergency that we all need to be prepared for. They are: Tornadoes, Flooding, Winter Storms, Power Outages. It is so important to be prepared and Ready for any disaster. It could mean the difference in surviving a disaster or not. Make an Emergency Supply Kit, Make a plan then practice your plan. We will be sharing information on how to do all these things mentioned above. Shelter Etowah Kickoff January 25th at 10 AM All Shelter Etowah locations are encouraged to send a representative to the EMA for this meeting.

LEPC 10 AM LEPC meets at the Gadsden/Etowah County EMA (Gadsden City Hall - 90 Broad Street).
